A Message for 2022

Here we are at the end of December and the end of another year. It may have been a great year for you or a challenging year. Life is different for each of us. As we head into a new year, do you make resolutions?

Last year, I posted a blog about New Year – New Focus.

This year, I’d like to suggest that you make one resolution – Be Mindful. 

Be mindful:

  • with your health & wellness
  • as you spend time with family and friends
  • when making life choices
  • with your spending and focus on need vs. want
  • each day and reflect on something good in your life
  • the next time you meet someone and share a smile or kind word
  • and enjoy a walk and fresh air daily
  • that life with change, finances with change, and we won’t necessarily have control but we can make efforts to have it all work out the best way possible.

I have learned that if I stay focused and consider my choices carefully, I am more content each day.
